Accepting New Clients for virtual and in-person therapy! My name is Holly, and I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, avoidance, chronic pain and disability, and those dealing with life transitions and stressors. The clients that are often drawn to my practice come seeking acceptance and empathy through human connection, as well as strategies and coping skills to help deal with stressors that spark avoidance. I strive to create a safe, encouraging, and collaborative space in which you can take a deep breath, feel seen, and rediscover how to live in alignment with your values. Integrating evidenced-based modalities such as ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, my priority in our work together is to create a unique, personalized approach that serves your specific goals and needs, allowing you to leave each session feeling like you are more in touch with yourself and moving in a positive direction.
