I have over 20 years' experience working as a clinician with children, adults, couples and families. Areas of practice: depression, anxiety, trauma informed care, play therapy, grief/loss, CBT. Practice setting experiences include clinical setting for individual and family mental health therapy, community-based services, youth in residential treatment and temporary shelter placements. Medical setting experience include hospice, home health, long-term care facilities acute care. Practice with groups for caregiver support, grief/loss groups for children ages 4 through adults, and children's bereavement camp. I practice using CBT, client centered, play therapy and trauma-informed practice. I have experience addressing clinical issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and coping with grief and loss experiences.
