We are constantly inundated with ideas of what "self care," looks like, but what exactly does that mean and how do you employ it? Burnout can be addressed effectively through a a combination of strategies, but it's difficult to get there yourself. I provide a holistic approach assisting individuals navigating challenges brought on by life stressors. I focus on restoring balance, fostering resilience, building distress tolerance & teaching practical self care. I enjoy working with adults & teens who are trying to navigate an increasingly complex world on a variety of issues.
