I am currently taking new Clients. I believe that we are far more than what we present to others. Along the journey, we sometimes lose touch with our authentic self. This loss reveals itself in many ways: Dissatisfaction in relationships, Questions about career/vocation, Feelings of depression/anxiety, eating too much or too little, Lack of confidence, Uncertainty about life choices, Physical/emotional weariness, Spiritual confusion and Disillusionment. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University and additional intensive Masters Study in Human Relationships. My undergrad degree is in Education with emphasis in health: body, mind and spirit. View 4 Photos Counseling, life coaching and spiritual direction is my life's passion. I have served for 18+ years within the counseling field in addition to teaching, lectures/seminar. My hope is to provide therapy and coaching that is tailored to your specific situation and needs.
