If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, feeding and eating disorders, relationship concerns, or postpartum struggles I want to help you. I like to collaborate with my clients to aid them in identifying areas of struggle, creating workable goals and plans to help move forward in the change process and re-write unhelpful internal dialogue while creating fresh perspective.
