I want therapy to be useful and effective for you. My style is flexible so that neither of us are constrained by specific techniques that might stifle the therapeutic process. I'll be your guide while putting you in the driver's seat. You will gain insights and identify the strengths you may not realize you have. My areas of strength include helping people with addiction, self-esteem issues, making important life choices, familial and romantic relationships. I enjoy working with single parents, parents in blended families and older adults. I like working with individuals so they can feel free of judgment by others in their lives.
