I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to navigate your life challenges—whether it’s managing anxiety, grief, depression, relationship issues, substance use, or major life transitions. I’m particularly passionate about supporting you during transitional phases of life, iIncluding launching adulthood, becoming new parents and couples/relationship issues. I believe that therapy provides a unique space to explore the fullness of what it means to be human—the highs and lows, the struggles and triumphs—and to grow from these experiences.
