As a social worker with over 25 years of experience, I provide strengths-based therapy to individuals, couples and families experiencing a wide range of issues. We can work together to decrease anxiety, improve self-esteem, self-confidence and social skills, strengthen parenting skills, enhance relationships, and ease life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, nonjudgmental and collaborative. I personalize treatment to meet the needs of each unique individual, using a range of treatment modalities.
