Receiving invaluable warmth and empathy during my own experience of therapy inspired me to give back to others the same compassion. My approach is eclectic & collaborative; incorporating the Biopsychosocial-Spiritual model as well as non-pathologizing, internal family systems (IFS) informed parts work with the goal of empowering the client to discover their own healing. In addition to working with adults, I provide services to teens (ages 12+) drawing on the experience I gained during my three years as a counselor for Greene County, Georgia’s school district.
