No two people are alike — and the same is true of therapists. My goal is to create an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where growth and healing can take place. Who you are and what you’ve experienced is uniquely yours, and your path toward healing will be just as individual. I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you — helping you explore your feelings, thoughts, and behavioral patterns in a way that fosters insight, self-understanding, and change. I strive to meet each client exactly where they are in their process of problem-solving and healing.
