As a therapist, I aim to establish a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow and create change. I utilize a client-centered, strength-based approach, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have experience at a residential and outpatient level of care, working with those with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar and other mood disorders, relationship issues, family conflict, and trauma.
