For almost 25 years I have had the privilege of helping people explore new ways of looking at challenges and choices and aiding them learning new ways to manage all the wonderful and tough experiences life gives them. I work with depressive disorders, anxiety, grief/loss (including pet loss), stress, and ADD/ADHD; children, adolescents and adults, including members of the LGBTQ+ community
