As a dedicated mental health therapist, I am committed to holistic healing, addressing the intersection of all points that make us human. I work primarily with late teens and adults (16+) facing challenging life transitions, as well as anxiety, depression, ADHD and other mental health concerns using a trauma informed lens. As a former athlete and coach I have a passion for working with teens and young adults who are student athletes as well.
