I firmly believe everyone can benefit from taking time to better understand themselves and learn new ways of interacting with the world and the people in it. My approach is tailored to each client depending on their needs and goals, and adapts to fit the needs of men, women, children 4 years-18 years old, couples, and families. By using evidence based tools in combination with traditional talk therapy I ensure you're able to set and meet goals while feelings heard and supported. My integrative approach offers many options to best suit each client or family. The goal is to empower clients to be able to manage their own issues with new skills and tools we build together. Therapy may include learning to retell stories, recognize mind/body cues, identifying thought patterns, control negativity, or improving communication skills.
