I take a nonjudgmental trauma-informed approach, recognizing the somatic components of mental health. I am especially interested in working with neurodiverse adults and teens. I believe that a mental health diagnosis isn’t something you need to be afraid of, rather it can be a key to discovering your superpowers and what you really want out of your life. I also travel nationwide to cofacilitate and provide spaceholding for somatic and spiritual retreats.
