At my counseling practice, every client can expect a strength-based approach that encourages client-centered collaboration with a combination of their input & insight, as well as guidance from me. My goal is to support my clients who face challenges in many areas that may cause stress in their everyday lives such as anxiety, depression/mood disorders, and trauma. Through cognitive-behavioral and behavior modification therapy, I would like to help them reach their goals and improve on their own strengths.
