We all have what it takes to become the person we want to be in life, sometimes we just need a little help accessing those parts of ourselves. I love working with clients in a partnership to develop the tools that will best help them achieve their goals in a judgment-free environment. I work primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, but I believe there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to mental health counseling. I prefer to use an eclectic approach tailored to the client's individual needs.
