I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families providing counseling for a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, and trauma issues. From small scale circumstances to traumatic experiences, my services are personalized to suit everyone's needs. Building trust is a key component in our work together. My goal is to de-stigmatize asking for help and in our work, assist you in gaining increased self awareness so that you can reach your personal goals with confidence and clarity.
