About
Many seek therapy when familiar ways of thinking, feeling, or relating become limiting—when maintaining relationships, facing anxiety, or sustaining a positive sense of self grows difficult. You might neglect your needs, repeat painful patterns, or silence your emotions. Emotional distress shows up in many ways, and while its effects are often deeply felt, its sources can be harder to name. Therapy offers a space to explore these struggles with care, gain insight into their roots, and begin to make meaningful changes that support growth, connection, and greater ease in living. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with 10+ years of experience treating adults with concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, identity, and relationship issues. My integrative approach draws from psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, grounded in a trauma-informed perspective.
