I am a licensed Mairrage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples , familes and teens. I have worked in several treatment facilities and facilitated groups for depression, anxiety and eating disorders. I enjoy helping clients gain a greater understanding of themselves and the important people in their life. My goal is to empower clients to be vulnerable and honest with themselves and others. This often allows clients to make life choices that are in alignment with their values and experience growth in their life and their relationships.
