I have extensive experience in navigating recovery with sexual abuse and sexual assault survivors, as well as experience with chronic stress responses of all forms. I have specialty training working with first responders, active military, veterans, and LGBTQ community members. Being a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and other adverse childhood experiences, I have been on the receiving end of therapeutic interventions, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am currently pursuing certification in this type of therapy as it was tremendously impactful in my own wellness journey.
