I've worked in many different high stress environments including crisis intervention, and mobile crisis. I currently work with adults from 18-100+. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused Therapy, EMDR and CBT therapy, in my work with individuals, from many various backgrounds. I specialize in trauma, anxiety and depression.
