I realize that coming to therapy takes courage. I will meet you where you are and work with you on your journey toward healing and thriving. Therapy is a process of self-exploration and can certainly be difficult at times, but can yield life changing results. I believe that everyone is worthy of feeling whole and that often, there are both internal and external roadblocks in the way of knowing our true selves and being at peace with ourself and others. I strive to help client’s find and be their authentic selves while navigating through the many difficult phases life can bring.
