Being a therapist who sees her own therapist, I whole-heartedly believe in the importance of not having to go through life’s challenges alone- whether its grief, addiction, trauma, or major life changes. I have over 7 years of experience in MA and NH as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist. My eclectic, person-centered approach is rooted in the belief that creativity fosters healing, transforming the struggles to successes in a nonjudgemental, empowering way.
