Finding meaning and fulfillment in life despite when challenges come your way is the goal! I provide telehealth and outdoor-based individual therapy for teens and adults, aged 12+, with a focus on ADHD, Autism, LGBTQ+ issues, gender-affirming care, and caregiver support.
