I am a licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan and have been working in the field since 2013. I hold specialty certifications for substance use and have experience working with therapy professionals, individuals with concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, relationship, and career challenges. My goal as your therapist is to create a safe space, empowering you with the tools to achieve your goals. I want my clients to feel supported, encouraged, and cared for. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, humanistic, and solution-focused - a combination that allows you to feel heard and allows me to truly understand you.
