I’m a counselor who loves supporting deep feelers, overthinkers, and intellectualizers who desire to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and authentic selves. I believe healing begins with compassion, not self-critique. My approach is rooted in existential-humanistic, person-centered, somatic experiencing, and expressive art therapies. My path into counseling grew from years of teaching dance and yoga, where I learned to listen to the body as an essential part of healing. I thoughtfully draw from different therapeutic modalities as our work unfolds, honoring that there is no one-size-fits-all path toward healing.
