I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New Jersey, passionate about the mental and emotional well-being of others. Since 2015, I have been proudly committed to serving people in need - it is truly my life's purpose! I am trauma-informed, with a history of successfully serving individuals with symptoms of depression, anxiety, postpartum-related diagnoses, low self-esteem, persons navigating life transitions/coping with life changes, those looking to enhance communication skills, rebuild trust, manage family conflict, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness. In our first session together, you can expect to get to know one another while also exploring your personal goals. My genuine heart's desire is to create a safe space for those seeking assistance. I will do my best to answer any questions and explore scheduling availability if our initial interaction appears to be a good fit.
