My ideal client is someone who has experienced trauma—whether in childhood or adulthood—and is now struggling with its lasting impact. I want to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to allow for you to process unresolved emotions in hopes that we continue to work together to build coping mechanisms to implement to handle day to day challenges. All clients want the opportunity to feel heard, validated, and seen. This space will allow the opportunity to develop a better sense of self while improving communication and relationship skills.
