I am accepting new clients - immediate availability! Everyone's journey is different and progress is a winding road. All I ask from my clients is that they come willing to improve their relationship with themselves, and I am here to walk alongside them for the rest. As we work together, my clients are empowered to reflect upon their experiences, reclaim their stories, build new skills, and set future goals. My clients are a diverse bunch of adults, who may be here to work through depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
