I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who practice within the state of California utilizing both telehealth and in-person services. I see both individuals and couples with age ranging from 12 to 70. I have experiences treating symptoms such as depression, anxiety, relationship distress, angry outbursts, and feelings of grief. Sessions begin with a collaboration between therapist and client(s) to establish goals to establish meaningfiul living and symptoms reduction.
