I’m a ND and relational therapist with a focus on dysfunctional childhoods, survivors of emotionally immature parents and/or relationships, PTSD, autism, OCD & depression. I’m interested in unhealed wounds left unspoken that affect your current day life. They may have been dismissed or not validated as trauma. I’m a certified clinical trauma provider, trained in many evidence-based practices. Proud to be going on 10 years as a therapist while working in hospitals, community mental health centers, residential homes, inpatient programs, addiction treatment centers and a career center.
