I strive to use a holistic lens to help clients cope with mental, physical, and emotional barriers in their daily lives and create a validating environment. My clients may be struggling with trauma, emotional distress, anxiety, challenges in personal relationships, and life transitions. I aim to meet clients where they are, whether they are seeking support for a specific situation or want a safe space with someone who will listen. As a counselor, I bring compassion, empathy, collaborative work, skills teachings, and respect for client autonomy.
