Whether you’re struggling with substance use, navigating recovery, or simply feeling stuck, you deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental. I approach my work through a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens, recognizing that each person’s story is complex and deeply personal. I have experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address not only substance use, but also co-occurring mental health needs, social stressors, and barriers to care. I prioritize creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
