Welcome, my name is Hope. Therapy is a space for honest exploration, a place to notice the quieter truths that shape our lives. People come for many reasons: anxiety, repeating painful patterns, confusion about love or loss, moments of crisis, or feeling disconnected from life. I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, IOP, PHP, and community-based settings, supporting high-risk and dual-diagnosis clients. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of meaningful change. Feeling seen, understood, and emotionally safe creates the foundation for deeper awareness and growth.
