My hope is to help those who are in the midst of trauma, or working through depression and/or anxiety. I enjoy helping people find solutions that work for them, and to help people normalize how they are feeling and that it is not 'weird' to feel the way they do, but rather, help to learn healthy ways to express emotions, while also processing them.
