I offer relational psychotherapy to individuals and couples to help you navigate the multi-directional obstacle course of life! I bring my experience of life, death, aging parents, the corporate world, blended families, and ceremonial work. I have spent 40 years as an SGI Nichiren Buddhist and incorporate Eastern philosophy into my practice. Our sessions are filled with unconditional positive regard, directive support, and intuitional influence to assist you in finding your own path to living your truest and most authentic self. Our sessions are influenced by my integration of nature, philosophy, and spirituality. I am comfortable talking about sexual orientations (kink, polyamory, asexuality) neurodiversity, ADS, ADD, and other difficult topics. I have over 25 years of experience in the corporate / tech. world to help maintain your health and happiness.
