My biggest goal in the therapeutic session with clients is to make them feel seen and heard. I am able to build a strong rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I enjoy working with couples, and have experience working with couples that are part of the LGBTQ, wish to work through infidelity, and those who are in nontraditional relationship. I enjoy working with all ages, ranging from 9 years old to individual in their 80s. Taking the first step to start therapy is scary enough, let me emotionally meet you where you are at. I graduated from Monmouth University with a MS in Professional Counseling. I offer a collaborative therapeutic experience. I work with children, teens, adults, and seniors struggling with life transitions, self esteem, sexuality, and identity. I use a range of different theories including multicultural, person-centered, feministic, and psychodynamic.
