I am a trauma therapist, drawing from attachment theory, emotional biology, neuroscience, and family systems. My training focuses on how trauma takes root in the nervous system and colors our experiences. Whether you are working on processing old wounds, setting boundaries with difficult people, or unpacking why you do the things you do, my aim is to offer you a space where you can explore who you are, what you want, and how you hope to live in a way that feels honest, healing, and liberating.
