I have a special passion for working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, & life transitions. I also have training in addictions, substance use, and sport psychology, and I work well with older teens, college students, adults, & couples. I can offer support through a faith-based lens, while welcoming clients from all backgrounds.
