At Hope with Me we create supportive therapy relationships that teach you how to master anxiety and depression, so you can experience stronger relationships, more joy, and less worry. Hope with ME is a team of three therapists: Dr. Aimee Echevarria is a bilingual therapist who specializes in working with couples and adults experiencing depression. Dr. Michael Mecozzi specializes in working with men and adults experiencing anxiety. Dr. Emily Sproule specializes in supporting women experiencing anxiety and depression.
