I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tampa specializing in EMDR therapy, trauma recovery, grief, and the emotional impact of painful life experiences. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and the people they love. Together, we work to gently process the root of what’s hurting so you can finally feel lighter and more grounded. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I use EMDR, somatic tools, and evidence based therapy.
