Horizon View Therapy provides a comfortable and safe setting to talk about and work on issues of anxiety, depression and trauma. Working together at Horizon View Therapy I will assist you in attaining success in your personal goals and achieving increased understanding of yourself. I have over 30 years experience, in a variety of one-on-one and group environments, covering a wide range of mental health issues. My goal is to help my clients reach a better understanding of themselves and work with them toward achieving their goals. I am EMDR Certified, an EMDRIA approved consultant and trained in Equine Assisted EMDR as well. I use this researched method of treatment to help clients recover from trauma and loss. I am also trained in Deep Brain Reorienting. A research oriented trauma treatment modality that focuses on the brain stem where the trauma is stored.
