I work with people dealing with stressful situations who find it difficult to manage their lives with ease and sense of purpose. My clients may be faced with depression and anxiety, grief and loss, addiction issues, career challenges, and family-related conflicts. I teach my clients to learn new coping methods and guide them to find the specific tools that will help them build a stronger and more satisfied self. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults on an individual basis or with loving couples to work through their personal struggles. I offer a supportive and nurturing environment. I don't take health ins. EAP or self-pay.
