My goal as a counselor is to join with you in an accepting therapeutic space for the purpose of emotionally processing losses, important decisions and challenges you face. My job as a counselor is to assist you in becoming the person you want to be! I enjoy helping individuals work through issues of sadness, anger, anxiety and career choice. I specialize in working with couples, improving communication and connection, processing past wounds and affair recovery. I also welcome opportunities to be present with families experiencing life transitions and familial relationship challenges. Stress and painful seasons confront us all.
