I can help with that I offer therapy for anxiety, depression along with self esteem therapy, I specialize with women but offer help to all genders ages 18 and older. If you want the tools, skills, or guidance to over come life obstacles I'm here to help you achieve your new way of living. I'm licensed in new Hampshire where I take insurance and private pay. I am also licensed in Maine where I'm currently doing virtual/private pay. I also offer Supervision counseling for pre-licensure.
