I am now licensed in Maine, Connecticut, Vermont, and North Carolina. I am interested in working with individuals across a range of presenting concerns. I see my work with clients as a partnership. My focus is to listen and validate, and to offer feedback that may help the individual better recognize the patterns and experiences that are impeding growth and healing. I have an additional interest in supporting folks who are transitioning to, or fully in, retirement, addressing needs and concerns particular to this time of life.
