My name is Hugo Sanchez, and I am licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I consider myself a compassionate and nonjudgemental therapist that provides a safe space for others. I have worked with individuals who are dealing with adjustment concerns due to life changes that have impacted their day-to-day functioning. A majority of my experience has been working with those individuals that have experience anger concerns, depression, and anxiety.
