I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in work with adolescents, adults, individuals and families. Some of the most common concerns of my clients include depression, anxiety, loss, divorce, trauma, transition issues, coming out and parenting challenges. I have extensive experience in working with adolescents and their families who are in crisis and need a safe environment to find resolution. I use a variety of treatment strategies in my work including psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness based cognitive therapy.
