Life can be difficult to navigate at times. When hardships get thrown at us, we may get flooded with emotion and feel at a loss on how to deal with them head on. During these times, we may find ourselves withdrawing from others or lashing out towards our loved ones. When we get trapped in our negative thoughts, we may feel like there’s no escape. Talking to someone about these challenges and hardships can be the beginning of the healing process. I provide a non-judgmental, safe environment for my clients to express themselves. I encourage clients to share their story in order to help them discover alternative options/perspectives
